  • Job Seeker Accounts: For individuals seeking employment opportunities
  • Employer Accounts: For companies and organizations posting job listings

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Collect or harvest information about other users
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Post content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Post discriminatory job listings or content

Job Postings

Employer Responsibilities

If you are an employer posting jobs, you agree to:

  • Post only legitimate job opportunities
  • Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
  • Comply with all applicable employment laws
  • Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
  • Not post jobs that require illegal activities
  • Not use job postings to collect personal information for other purposes

Job Seeker Responsibilities

If you are a job seeker, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in your profile and applications
  • Not misrepresent your qualifications or experience
  • Respect the confidentiality of application processes

Content Ownership and License

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services (including resumes, job postings, and other materials). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

Our Content

All content on our Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Payment Terms

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Termination
